Christ does not let go, He came to seek and save the lost, completely totally lost people who had nothing but emnity and hatred for Him. Christ died for His people while they were yet sinners, i.e., against Him, He found (finds) them, reveals His love to them, raises them from the dead like Lazarus, opens their eyes like blind Bartemeus and changes enemies of the Truth choosing their own blind way against Him like Saul into people like Paul who love Him and like Paul would wish themselves accursed for their brethren's sake, their brethren who hate them and are opposed to them...and He makes His ministers of reconcilliation...reconcilliation is beautiful word to me, one of the most so...something to strive for, to pray for, to hope for, to endure for and to see...would not be loving myself if I gave up hope in Christ for reconcilliation.... 18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2 Corinthians Chapter 5:18-21. I want to be a minister of reconcilliation and I want to see reconcillation, between God and man, and man and man in Christ...not hoping in those that oppose themselves to chose to be wise or to chose to see, but hoping in the Christ who changes the hearts of those who oppose themselves like Saul and opens the eyes of the blind so that they can see...

21...had pity for mine holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the heathen, whither they went.
22 ¶ Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name's sake, which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.
23 And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.
24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.
25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.
27 And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
28 And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God. Ezek. 11.19, 20
29 I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you.
30 And I will multiply the fruit of the tree, and the increase of the field, that ye shall receive no more reproach of famine among the heathen.
31 Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall loathe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations.
32 Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord GOD, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel.
Ezekial 36: 21-32. He gives repentence and He gives faith. Man has nothing to boast about, one is not inherentlty wiser than the next. The difference between the sheep and the goats is in the God who shows mercy because of Christ. And His sheep place their hope in Him, for their own salvation and for the salvation of their loved ones. They do not hope the vain hope that someone will just change from within when that which is within is corrupt, they Hope in Him who lived perfectly, who did not quit or let them go, and paid a ransom for many...and in the fact that He hears prayer and all that the Father gave unto Him will come unto Him and He will in no wise cast them out...but they come to Him because he effectually draws them and compels them to come, not because they within themselves are different...to believe so is idolotry and to expect the leopard to change its spots...His sheep hope in the God who changes men and women...not in men and women changing themselves...

Wow.... So, the God of your understanding only loves certain people? Earlier, you said he came to save those who even had nothing but hatred for him....wouldn't that be a "goat"? Man, that is prejudice and conditional....
And, so what if your x is a "goat"??? Aren't you wasting your time then?
And, I find it extremely interesting how you used NT scripture to defend your point of not letting go and His love...BUT you used OT scripture to try and prove your point about hell.....
The law and the spirit.....the spirit did away with the law....so i thought....

Christ fulfilled the law and kept the law for all who will believe.
Romans 8:3-4
For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.

I am not looking for her to meet my expectations, and I do not order Christ or put Him on a timetable. Maybe some others despair comes from trying to do those things. I hope that he will give ear to my supplications and help her. If He does I will rejoice in His mercy, praise Him and thank Him. If He chooses not to, I will rejoice in His being wiser than I, in His Mercy and I will thank and praise Him. I am also looking to Him to exceed any expectations or hopes I have and praying to Him to change her and to change me for the better, knowing that if we are left to ourselves we are doomed and miserable and bitter and without any real hope. Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.Jeremiah 17:5. But those who look to the Lord will be blessed, He is the God who saves and delivers, those he humbles, and who place their trust in Him and the crumbs that fall from His table:
22And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
23But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
24But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
25Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
26But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.
27And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.
28Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
Matt: 15:22-28. And I am not Christ, but I am a sinner who will look to Him to change me for the better and those I love.

I am not sure if she is God's will for me or not. I cannot see into the future. I trust that no one else, other than God, can either. And, as I said before, if she winds up being my wife, first being a believer, I will rejoice and praise God. If not, I will rejoice and praise God as well. He is wiser than I. And, she presently does not share my love of Christ, at least as far as I know. He says to pray for your enemies, and to pray for them that oppose themselves that perchance God might grant them repentance.
