Oh for Pete's Sakes, WonderWoman~
Here I am , CRYING AGAIN. I have been listening to Playing For Change's rendition of *Stand By Me*....just about daily for months... (That AND *No More War* by the same folks......) And I did not expect to be SO moved by another rendition... That was BEAUTIFUL! All of the folks from different walks of life~ All singing together... One with cowboy boots and one with ear plugs...... It just goes to show that if we share nothing but our recovery, We have MUCH in common. I LOVE when folks can demonstrate and celebrate what we DO have in common... And yet not feel threatened. Calgary Drop~In looks like a GREAT Place! Thankyou for this link. I will add to my favorites... Going to listen to it again, right NOW ! |
