Low income pet owners are those receiving Medicaid, OKDHS or SSI (Supplemental Security Income) assistance and having proof of benefits such as an Oklahoma Health Care Authority card, Access card, or Notice of Award letter. Fees are $10 for cats and $20 for dogs. There really isn't an excuse to not have your pet spayed or neutered. IMHO!
