This is exactly what I needed to read at this point in my life.
My "oasis" already exists, I just keep failing to see it. It is not about the love of a "man," or the "security" of being so close to another human, but the Love that one only receives from one's Higher Power. Maybe this is what God, (my Higher Power,) has been telling me all along - the Love I long for and crave is not within the heart or soul of ANY human being - just within Him/Her, or to whomsoever one subscribes. We are all just here really to support one another. Thanks all for your input. You have helped me to focus on what life is really all about. . . Much Love, Starfishy
