For two years now I have put up with my idiot neighbor's shed blowing into my fencing. First she thought moving it closer to the fence would help. Oh, and
her idea of 'anchoring' it is putting railroad ties around it as you will see in the second picture. I'm done talking to her. 
My fencing is bent to hell, but still up. I'll have to get a few more wire brackets to secure the fencing to the t-posts as they broke when the shed came up and over my fence. The police referred me onto the building code inspector, and he'll be on her like flies on stink.
