This is my second post. The first was about an addict who was acting out. The advise everyone who replied gave was report him, and buy a gun. Well, I
reported him to his house arrest supervisor. Doesn't sound too promising but they will look into his present condition. Hope they weren't just trying
to appease me. I don't want him in jail unless he deserves it, I only want to be safe. Thank you to all for your advice.
