Well, long story short.... Today is my birthday... and I couldn't sleep last night because I was having anxieties about whether or not my husband would remember. And whether or not he would wish me happy birthday....
Why does this matter to me?
Well, I think my brain sees it as "proof" of whether or not he still thinks about me/ cares about me.
Okay, so here is my dilemma. (If you can even call it that)
He did indeed remember. He sent me a text saying "Happy birthday."
I deleted the message.
If anyone remembers, I have deleted his numbers from my phone... But I still know his number by memory....
I have been "no contact" for 19 days now.... and what I want to know is this:
Should I reply and say thanks? If I do, would that be in any way a 'bad idea' ?
If I ignore him.... does that make me a %*$#@?
I'm confused as to what is the right thing to do.
I've gotta run, I'm off to the gym and shops and lots of other stuff, so I don't know when I'll get a chance to look at this again. Maybe not until much later tonight after people have left.....
But thanks for the replies in advance!!
