I started doing this while I was in college, about 4 years ago. During my last year I would do it every weekend, no more, no less.
The crash effected me to the point that after doing any amount of meth I was not functional, I was miserable, it took me 2-3 days to have an appetite... and by that I mean it was only by like the third day that I could actually force myself to eat (normally, I'm not a light eater at all)
I also work out... for the last 5 or 6 years it has been my hobby, and meth use got in the way of that. Every time I used, I lost so much weight in that 1-2 span that I could go into work the next day (obviously depressed and out of it from using) and the guy at the front desk would say "Hey did you lose weight"?
Well, when you workout centers around building muscle mass, this just adds to the depression, and really made me wish I didn't like it, but at the same time the fact that I was a workout junkie IS indeed the reason I never used on anything more than a weekend basis.
Anyway... Fast forward 4 years to present... I haven't used meth since being in college. I have always abused pills (pharmaceuticals), from time to time I would get coke on weekends but my tolerance went up so much that it just wasn't worth doing anymore, and maybe the most telling factor at all is that I have been on Xanax every single day for the last 3 years. And I stay on it to avoid the brutal withdrawal that comes with it -- can't afford that at my job. Aside from that, it does nothing for me anymore. But I think over time using Xanax heavily had significantly increased my tolerance to all drugs in general... it's very difficult for me to get high...
So a couple days ago, I traded some Xanax for Meth... Just 0.5g, but I got the rush (not quite as intense as I remembered it) but I was still very high, and it was still the best high I could get from anything hands down... The rush is just out of this world... But the reason I stopped 4 years ago was the crash after using meth (ANY amount of meth would give me a brutal crash that was an obstacle when it came to working out).
THIS TIME, I was shocked at the outcome... I took 5 sleeping pills (there were nights in the past when I would take up to 10 Tynenol PM's in a night after using just to get some sleep, and all it did was make the situation worse)... But this time I was out like a dog, I did not get the crash, no feeling of emptiness, and the next morning, I was just chilled out and was able to go about my day as I would any other. For the record, I also stayed pretty hydrated while using this time, something I neglected in past use but is extremely important. Some people would probably suggest that the stuff I got was weak, but the two people I was with using the same meth (one on a regular basis) and they still crashed.
My question is, could one theoretically use this drug let's say... bi-weekly, and go about their lives as they normally do? In my case, going to the gym, working full time (office 9-5), getting sleep, and not losing my appetite. Because this past experience made me think the answer to that is yes because if I waited 2 weeks from now and did the same thing it would be more or less the same experience over again and I wouldn't noticeably deteriorate in any aspect in the process.
I know a lot of you are very experienced on the subject
