She has mentioned many, many times how much she RELATES to Robby's mental health issues and how much she identifies with his addiction. It only makes sense that she might get defensive, or pissed, or whatever, when she perceives that Robby is not being treated the way that maybe she wishes she had been treated when she was struggling. If so, that is bound to stir up some pretty passionate emotions from her. I'm just saying...


Mk, trying to understand a bunch of addicts in various stages of recovery, might be an exercise in futility. One thing is for sure though, we require vast amounts of patience and empathy

Public assistance... I have mixed feelings, but at the end of the day I have to remember that Robby's check says "Pay to the order of....Robby".

In other words, it "was" public money and now it is Robby's money, and whether he makes good choices, or bad choices, they are his choices.
