Then why drink at all? You're obviously getting SOMETHING out of drinking right? A buzz? To relax? Allegedly more energy?

My thoughts are --- if you're drinking enough to feel an affect -- you're drinking enough to have a REBOUND (depressant) effect.

I like to drink too. But, it REALLY affects my depression/state of mind in a bad way. Sometimes worse than others -- but I don't like playing russian roullette with my sanity anymore.
