I call it old baggage..Either get rid of it or put it away until you feel
you can deal with it..By that I mean,If you get into a program..12 step
or therapy that have the means for us to understand and deal with
past mistakes in a way that we can free ourselves from them..
I came to realize that almost everyone has made mistakes that can
run there lives.I'm no different better or worse than anyone else.
The past is gone..From right now forward you can be a better person
and that will change the way you feel.
