Hi kittysharonimage

I think....that this show that was on for a season or two mentioned that attorney Davis when they were telling about the show...it was a show that brought together a bunch of hotshot lawschool seniors and one attorney that put them onto cases that clearly showed that the person was innocent(at least to them) and defended them or worked on the sidelines for their defense.

1 in 10 sounds about right actually for whose actually totally guilty for the crime actually charged.
There are a lot of possible miscommunications from arrest to court. It's a very flawed system really so hopefully with help, it's getting a little bit better every day.

It's hard for me to just lay down and think, ok God's will be done, when I think about it happening to me.image or one of my family or friends.

I've known a mother who was totally railroaded into prison...she was an outspoken homeschooling fairly religious woman who was also very much into alternative medicine and her husband was molesting her children. When she confronted him, he hired the meanest highest priced attorney and completely destroyed her, slandered her and the jury actually went against her and said that she was all sorts of terrible things and that She was possibly molesting the kids, keeping them from medical care and messing up their minds. She went to prison. We had to just pray for her and yes, just a year later, her husband committed suicide and the truth came out or her innocence and his guilt.

That's just one case i know of.....I can totally see how it could be 1 in 10 that is actually guilty.

Hopefully sharing (sharonimage) will help things change.

luv
