I did a Cost Benefit Analysis work sheet today. Interesting to see it all written down on paper. Here is what I have:

​​Advantages of Using:

- I don't feel the intense loneliness
-I am able to make new friendly easily
-I don't feel depressed
-I have a tons more energy
-I get to work on time
-I'm more sociable
-I get tons done while at work or at home
-I feel happy

Disadvantages of Using:

-Spend too much money
-Miss a lot of work
-I don't hang out with or avoid my good friends and family
-Legal problems if I get caught
-At least 1 year in jail and $5000 fine for breaking my probation
-Brain damage

Advantages of NOT Using:

-I can save money
-Spend time with good friends and family
-Feel proud of myself again
-I can make healthy friends
-I can get back to the gym
-Emotional stability
-No jail time

Disadvantages of NOT Using:

-Severe depression
-Suicidal thoughts
-Anxiety
-Loneliness
-Irritability
-Feeling angry towards myself
-Feeling guilty
-Lack of energy
