I didn't realize that you are on probation. I didn't think to ask and that was irresponsible of me. Sorry, I'm only human.

In that case I'm not sure how it works with mandatory reporting. Does it depend on the nature of the charge or if the PO is a jerk and goes digging asking the therapist? I know that therapists are required by law to report if they think someone might kill themselves or someone else or if a child is in danger. I assume in many cases that a relapse itself isn't under mandatory reporting, but the therapist will make a note in your chart and who knows who'll supena the records.

One I went to a therapy appointment and I admitted that I had drank that morning. She terminated the session saying it was counterproductive to have a session under the influence. Best wishes that you never use again so you won't be in that situation again. Coming down is Hell!
