Thanks everybody!

Well, here I am at work. Craving, but it's not unmanageable right this minute. Kind of a nagging little thought in the back of my mind. Started the day off with a very bad case of the "I don't wannas" and didn't sleep much last night. Went shopping yesterday and picked up enough vitamins to kill a person and started a regimen as soon as I got to my desk. Vit C, Super B-Complex, B-12 1,000mcg (is mcg more that mg? Don't understand that part. And unfortunately my B-12's are 'timed release'. Would rather them hit all at once. Should I buy non-time released? Also some 5-HTP and Fish Oil. Have heard from several sources this is a decent cocktail for the recovering individual. Going to get one or two additional supplements later today and just hope for the best, and try to stay positive. Oh...and praying! I found that has helped in the past when kicking a pretty bad opiate habit of 2 years.
