It has been said it takes as long to get better as it did to get sick...so if that is correct (some of the old timers say it's true), you shouldn't have too rough a go of it...maybe some minor depression, maybe you'll want to snack more often...but then maybe you'll just sleep for a few extra hours and not even miss a beat.

There are no hard and fast 'rules' for withdrawals, everyone is different, some are close enough alike to share symptoms.

From what I have been told the hardest part will be to not pick up...since you just did, I'm sure you already know that...it won't work if you spend your time convincing yourself that just one more time to get through this or that. It will work fine if you just pour another cup of coffee or tea, eat a brownie (a small brownie) and get on with the business of life.
