Recovery can be such a process~
More of a process, than an event~~

I was incarcerated four different times,
All at the same county jail..
And while I was there I washed dishes, and mopped floors~
Whatever they would let me do, I did.

The LAST time I was there,
I spent 6 months,
Washing dishes..

When I was about to be released ,
The kitchen manager shook my hand and said to me~
*I just KNOW that you are going to be OK and that you will make it this time!*
When I asked her what made her say that she said to me

*Well , This time you have talked about your addiction...
You are no longer protecting it...
The last 3 times you were here,
You never said a word to me about it.....*

And she was right

My Local Law Enforcement saved my then very sad life.....
I think that it is EXCELLENT that you and your son are able to talk and share together!
