I learn them all from Wodehouse he is a fount of great words, and I am glad you can figure them out by context that is my goal to not only speak with verbal freshness through which I ameliorate my own vocabulary. Also to do it in an intelligible manner and hope the amelioration is contagious and all those willing to join me in ameliorating our vocabularies out of the wellspring of my expectoration. OK took a little liberty and stretched the meanings of a word or two in the other post. I suppose I could hardly to be said to have expectorated while typing. Wodehouse has taught me so many great words examples being vituperation, vicissitudes, vociferation peripatetic poltroon sepulchral supercilious panegyric machinations malediction and so so many more. I use all these words on a daily basis and occasionally even sound educated. Which I would not try to fool you into believing I have more than a HS diploma. My grandmother was a creative writing professor for forty plus years and I keep her on her toes she is 83 and I make sure she learns a new word every week to stave off delirium and dementia. I email new words to my mother as well as definitions and use them in a sentence. You would be surprised how well it works for my own retention.

Repetition is key amelioration ameliorating ameliorated and more. Haha a I am a nut huh but it takes one to know one birds of a feather and all that rot, as Bertie Wooster would asseverate, vociferate , expectorate, avow or aver. Hahaha I suppose say would also work, fit or belong in the scheme plot, or plan of things.
