I self medicated my PTSD with meth for many many years and at times was quite successful doing it untill the last year I used I was able to supress the anger and most of the rages the blow ups I had were part of the reason I eventually quit the last year of use was tremendously out of control no matter how much of anything I used or any amount of anything would not be a sure fire way to control it nothing worked anymore I would absolutely loose control and leave a wide path of destruction I was fortunate to not have crossed the human line everyone knew me and steered wide and clear obviously your first step is quitting meth and you are at that door any psyc treatment could be put off long enough to test clean even later this week

I won't even start on my methods for controlling my PTSD post meth everyone is different and the very least my methods are extremely unconventional but have worked for me and seeing how you are military you have many more options in the treatment to choose from but meth free is the best way to start any of them so stick to it
