Power of Attorney Notarized!!! We did talk with him the other day and he agreed it would be best for his daughter to stay with us and thanked us profusely. He didn't show the next day as he was off and running again. I was fed up and tired of playing games so I did have my daughter call him and say, we can either have Power of Attorney notarized or I take it to the courts and get the law involved. Bam! My daughter called me last night and said, he will meet you now. He had no ID so I had to call a friend who is a notary and my daughter witnessed it. It was tense as he couldn't find the building and was screaming at my daughter on the phone that we were trying to mess with him. She met him and he followed her. He questioned my motives again and I assured him we only want to make sure she is taken care of until he is able to again. He read it, signed it , done! Thank god! Her teeth are an emergency and that is my first priority. For now she is safe, loved, well cared for and has routines that she is taking to like a fish to water. She loves this life and is welcome here as long as she wants or needs. She will now be in our lives forever.
