RIGHT~ON, DOUBLE DIGITS!!!!!!

I recently learned a little trick that has really helped me to get through a bit of a rough spot in my life.

I have a list of words.
Words like  CERTAIN, and CAPABLE, COMMANDING, PRESENT, GRACIOUSNESS, HAPPY.

I get to focus on a new word each day.
I was so depressed just a few days ago,
But after just one *Word of The Day*,( the first was CERTAIN) I was able to stop crying and dwelling on my sadness.
I was really surprised that it worked..
Whenever I felt like I was going to succomb to my fretting,
I just went directly to the word ...
I said things like * I am CERTAIN that I can get through this without crying*
And I just kept at it..
I think this sort of thing might work for cravings and such..

Anyway, again, WELL DONE!!!!!
I am VERY VERY PROUD of you!!!!

PS...I bet that you will be able to find a friend to *hang out* with, here at kci for New Years!
