"I thought Lori was a Meth addict, if she is not IMO she should not be part of this community because ONLY a Meth addict can help a fellow meth addict."

Lori was addicted to prescription speed and knows more than most of us about addiction and recovery.

"I was in rehab and I know all about the schedule and when I was told to make my bed or wake up..I always left."
You can't complain that something doesn't work unless you do it first.  Maybe staying in rehab and doing what they tell you would work out better for you than leaving and doing it your own way, no?  You say you try, but what does trying actually involve?

"I do not know what your addiction was like but seems like you found a way out... how lucky you were."

Robby, why don't you know anything about my addiction?  I've been posting to you for years and telling you how phucked-up and suicidal I was.  I've told you time and time again how Suzie told me to just go use because she couldn't stand to hear my pain anymore (she meant it in a loving way).

I've been on this board for over six years and clean for five...go read some of my archived posts...they're brutal.

LUCK HAD NOTHING, I MEAN NOTHING TO DO WITH MY RECOVERY.

Neither did god or praying or wishing or hoping.

I just had to (pardon the expression) MAN-UP and DO IT.

You can do it, too.  Stop making excuses.
