Loraura's Suggestion is VERY VERY GOOD......
Now that I think about it,
It worked for me too!

Only I had to get a routine going in jail.....
And that is exactly what I did...
With not much to work with,
I scheduled in things like..

*Up at six AM, in bed by ten PM*

*Counting the Birds* EVERY DAY, twice, at sunrise and sunset, as I watched the clouds (if i was lucky, there would be clouds)...
I watched and counted for as long as the Lovely Sunrise/Sunset Colors were happening....
I had to stand perfectly still and only count what I could see outside my tiny window, without moving closer to the window.....

*Making My Bed*......and I shook out EACH blanket (2) and sheet (bottom and top)..
Took the plastic pillow out of the pillowcase and shook both......

*Playing Three Sets of Solitaire* and keeping track of wins and losses, looking for any patterns...(none)

*Reading my Bible* and writing down ALL the words that I did not understand ...and then looking them up in the dictionary.

*Copying* positive upbeat books.
I copied 2  books while incarcerated......I copied them, word for word......
***Wokini***by Billy Mills and ***The Power of Positive Thinking*** by Norman Vincent Peale

*Walking* around the day room.....One Hour EVERY DAY.....the other girls got used to it and promised me that I was not disturbing them.....
Round and Around and Around I went...
When I got to go outside, I practiced walking around the perimeter of the rec yard, with my eyes closed....by counting my steps.....

There was a lot more structure, self imposed and otherwise...
But you get the idea......

AND I am COMPLETELY HONEST when I say now....
I DO NOT MISS USING METH.

Not even a TEENY TINY bit.............

Hang in there ((((((((Robby)))))))!!!!!!!!!!!
