You said you think about using 24/7, but on Saturday when you had a schedule for your day you said :
I had cravings and thoughts of using 3 or 4 times but they passed quickly.



To me, that says having a schedule reduces the amount of time and how often you think abuot using.

You proved that there was a benefit when you made a schedule for your day.

Do it again today, right now, before you read another post or reply. Put yourself first, and do what helps.
