If you want this to be better tomorrow, go right now and set your alarm clock for 8 AM. Take out a piece of paper and write down every 2 hours from 8AM to 10PM. Fill in every 2 hour time slot with something productive to do. Keep your schedule. Repeat the same thing tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that for the next 90 days. This takes 10 minutes of effort once you get in the habbit of doing it. 10 min of your life -- worth it if it helps even a little bit, right? Absolutely zero drawback.
