Basics needed now .....
REST, find a safe, comfortable place to rest and you will fall asleep.

Sleep until you wake, then eat something nourishing. 
Stay away from sweets - protein is a good choice, and fruits and veggies.

Drink water.

NO MORE METH ..... ever!!!

Your mind needs to stop and rest.  Stop thinking and just nourish your body, which will nourish your mind.
