First off, before anything else, you need to sleep.  Can you make yourself comfortable enough to sleep?  Drink something warm and breathe, breathe, breathe.   Talk yourself into a calm state of mind.  Do anything you can in order to rest and sleep.

Sleeping, eating and drinking (non-alky beverages) should be your immediate concern.

After you've slept and had some nourishment, let us know and we'll try to help.
