Yes to all questions. It's been a year since i've smoked and i'm so glad that i quit. I'm not a slave anymore. My mouth doesn't feel dirty anymore and i have more money in my pockets these days. On a very rare occasion, i will reminisce about smoking, but, thankfully, i always quickly come to my senses.

Also, I absolutely cannot stand secondhand smoke anymore. In the beginning i was all like 'i won't be such a snob like the rest of the ex-smokers who complain about secondhand smoke'. But, as time went by, my tolerance for it got lower and lower and now i understand why everyone detests it. I was a smoker for so long that i forgot what it was like to be bothered by it.

It was a weird experience during the first 3 months of quitting. I had to get used to not smoking while driving, not smoking while on the toilet, not smoking while in front of the computer, not smoking after meals, etc. There were many times when i stepped out onto the balcony and then realizing that there was no need to step outside for anything - i used to have a smoke break outside. So, what i'm saying is that i had to also break the habits/rituals that came with my smoking addiction.
