It took a little time....I felt terribly anxious at first...but much better to not be dependent upon them after a relatively short while.
Smoking cigarettes ABSOLUTELY numbed down most all emotion....
When I felt scared...I smoked.
When I felt angry, I smoked.
When I felt happy to wake up and still be alive, I smoked.
It feels very nice to be free from nicotine.
Have you quit...or are you considering quitting?
I think quitting is a VERY GOOD idea!
