Lol credit cards have nearly been my ruin. I am in bankruptcy over it.. I took ch. 13 so I could be honest and actually pay my debts, without all that constant interest keeping my bill nearly the same. But now they inform me that I am not entitled to the tax rebate check everyone is getting. Ch 13 court is keeping it. I also found out a percentage goes in my attorneys pocket and the trusstee judge. I am afraid to tell my so called attorney anything now. I thought I paid him and he was suppost to be on my side..
I got 2 1/2 yrs and the blasted thing will be paid off. I don't know what was worst though , paying the credit cards or dealing with people who can claim your property.
I am looking into some things to cut cost myself. I can supply the whole family with cell phones and come out with less a bill than I do now with a few cell phones and the house phone. I prefer the cell phone, so I am thinking about turningoff the house phone. I am under contract with my satalite internet provider untill nov. I hate to give it up, but if things keep getting worse, I may have to. And tv satalite, I like but We can survive without.

I think the goverment should do something about controlling these credit card companys. They offer credit and you sell your soul to them , because you can never get the bastards paid off.
