There's always the library... You can find us there, ya know.
One door closes and another one opens - clean and sober living... sounds like a good move to me! Ya know, sometimes people have extra pooters laying around and have been known to send them to people in need, so keep in touch with us any way you can, Doc! |

Dang it.........first time I log on in days....... And I'm already gonna cry. It has been an honor, serving alongside you in this battle, my friend... I will keep you in my prayers...... .....as will so many from here....... When my mother was hospitalized last year , I spent a lot of time in the waiting room of the hospital And there was a computer there in the waiting room , And I was able to log on to kci from there. Maybe you could blend in, like you were visiting someone and get away with a little on~line time...... Just thinking outloud I am..... GOD SPEED CHRIS to somewhere clean and safe. It will come together for you, Doc, I know it will. Maybe in a sober living arrangement, they can help hook you into work that will not hold something against
you that you did nine years ago. I am finding that, even without a record, there are still barriers for me to employment, (or at least employment that pays a
survivable wage.) Niner had issues getting a job not too long ago for the same reasons, but she kept on keeping on, and now has a job. We gotta keep fighting
the good fight!
My two interviews went well Friday, and I know one is mine for the taking - but they basically want me for next to nothing. I am praying for the other, as it is more professional and will get me back on track. But one more month of living in "paradise," but starving, and I'm heading back to the mainland before all my resources are gone. Where to, I have no idea, but I know that my Higher Power will lead me where He wants me. I just gotta trust. Many Prayers, Starfishy ><> |

Oh Doc! When we are totally unable to leave a situation that isn't getting us anywhere and totally bringing us down,
I do believe that our heavenly father DOES give us a way out. I'm seeing this as a totally wonderful OPEN DOOR for you, nudging you forward toward the amazing New and Lifegiving plans that He has for you. That's how I see it. No future tripping, just beautiful anticipation and faith. The sky is the limit. you'll be in my prayers luv |

Well Doc, as you know the Lord works in ways we can't even comprehend. Perhaps He is looking out for your future and guiding your foot steps away from the
user's house. Not being able to land a job right now might be God's way to lead you away from temptation down the road. I feel once you have settled
into the right living arrangement. The job will come next.
I have been reading your post from the get go and know you a compassionate man that truly wants to walk on the right side of the track. I believe God's plan is in action for you and this is His next step. |
