Damnit. I hate this feeling. Thank God the antidepressant I take works, because at least I'm pretty sure I won't go to that really, really dark place
that makes me want to go see my Granny in heaven.
But f_ck, I still hate this feeling.

Hey 9er,
What's going on hon?? Washington getting gloomy? It can. They have these cool outdoor burners at Winco for like 30 bucks. If a little fire would help make ya feel less gloomy, you might want to look into that. You could get one of those safe burnig logs for it and chill on the patio or something. Hug Lennie for me hon. Another (CHEEEEEP) anti-depressant that helps-
Cuz hot damn my wellbutrin ain't always enough! Go to Home Depot and get yourself one of those 10 or 12" metal clip lights people use in like the garage and buy a 250 watt infrared bulb ... The whole set up should not cost you more than about $20-$30 bucks. Sit under the light for about 1/2 hour a day - do not get too close (less than say 4-5") or it will burn you but pretty close. If you have say a sore shoulder or something aim it at that spot and it will help heal it... One of my cancer doctor's set me up with this and it helps with depression too! |

My eldest is getting ready to buy her home in Saci... we could always buddy up and go spend a weekend or more in sunny Cali. She knows all about you and Lennie. She's getting a place with an extra room and she already has furniture for it. Maybe a trip to Cali would help. I know I'm going to go see what she buys!! She's got an offer in on one she really liked. The first one, she was too far down in line for consideration, 18 bids ahead of her. Anyway, a trip back to the your old shops and friends might help. I don't know when I'm going... but I'm going and you're more than welcome to come with if ya want. LOVE!!! |

.....yesterday the moon was *zero percent full*
....the dark of the moon. Maybe that sort of thing has more influence than we might realize. Yesterday was just a beautiful day here where I am...yet I could not for the life of me get up off of the couch. Zippo energy. I actually took a little nap when I should have been out in the yard doing ANYTHING. I was kind of relieved when I realized that I could blame it on the moon. ....I hope that you are feeling better today, Lori. Maybe get your butt over to see that beautiful family of yours! The pictures that you have posted of them made me smile HUGELY and I don't even know them!!!! |

This time of year I loved to go for drives and just look with amazment at all the new life. I love little calves and horses. They are springing about everywhere around here.
