If it were on my property, I'd totally call someone to take it apart and get it out, then sue her for the bill.

My neighbor on one side has a tree that has a large limb that has partcially split off from the tree, which is now laying across my fence and onto my storage shed. We tried to push it back over, but it's still attached to the tree well enough to make it impossible.

This reminds me that I need to tell her to get it taken care of, or I will and send her the...

Take her to small claims court for the damages to your fence...

I could see it being a problem once...

Yes it's on my property, IN my back yard, and I am going to have to take down part of my fencing as it is for them to get it out. I have no gate in back, just a small area of fencing I can detach to take my lawnmower in/out of the back yard.

Even if I could get it out front, the wind would pick it up and it would likely hit several cars on the way down the street. It's dangerous!

It's way too heavy for me to even move! I tried rocking it off of my fence the...
